March 2nd (and why isnt my tax money back ? hhahhha )
Time for a new monthly goal.
Last month went really well I cheated and ate out three times..NOT TOO SHABBY for a total cheater.
For some fun Im calling this March Madness Goal.
Im stepping up my game ..6 day a week work outs and BACK to clean eating-specifically only cheat days are Sundays eat drink and be merry …other than that….workout 30-60 mins daily ..clean eating..NO BREAD STEPH!! and sadly just as Two (three now ) Buck Chuck and I got back together we will have to only see each other on Sundays :
Snow days make it rough because I love to exercise outdoors ( this is a total excuse we have a gym on site… )
BUT I will survive ..
Would love some inspiration ..Anybody have some goals ? How do you stay on track ?
